They are betting on making the same 40, 50,60% or more no matter what the PPS is.

Actually it's more like 200-300% profit. Remember, the conversion price is a discount to the lowest trade over the previous 20 trading sessions (essentially a month look-back to get the absolute best deal).

All it takes is a bad trading day to set an artificially low price so the toxic guys can make the most $$$ for the upcoming month.
