he is hated in the biopharma community, on the Street, and by shareholders alike for having stone-face lied about the merits of the company and the IP

all his projections about the worth of AMBS assets have been nothing more than 'pie in the sky'

the sad reality maybe that both SeD and D&D have probably copped on to Gerald's heinous lies and are minimizing their exposure to further risk...

I remember that all too well. Back when we posted on the yahoo boards, a lot of us thought the stock might go to $1 or more after that conference. I think it was somewhere around 20 cents (before all the reverse split madness). I think it dropped like 50-60% suddenly on that day, after the results. It was a very tough day.

Fool me twice, shame on me? Is there any reason to buy now? It's been a long time since I've looked at this one.
