He also said ticker change May 1st and dilution was complete 3 different times when it was far from done. Kept issuing more shares. My guess 2 billion shares were diluted. He wont release the SS, Now we are waiting on FINRA. I don't believe all doc's will be good due to all the misleading and screw ups that have been made by this company in the past few months.
