that's great DD, Chuckbits - i just wanted to add in the obvious, which is that this creditor is not only owning/assuming control of RVUE assets via default, he's also a majority shareholder who sat on the BoD for several years.

in fact, he's still on the board.

so... he's obligated to have a plan.

and i'm sure he does.

Have you found any proof of sale? UCC seach showed a filing in April but nothing on sale date. My research seemed to show they have 60 days to file the sale. What say you? Will attorney speak?
