Last friday people freaked out over the share structure; up until recently, we believed the outstanding shares count to be roughly 1.1bn out of 2bn authorized shares. Some people contacted the TA and heard the OS may actually be 2bn, almost twice what we thought before. PGPM put out a filing stating that there actually are 2bn shares outstanding, but also that this has been the case from the beginning, and the SS was simply misprinted. So while the OS is much higher than we thought, it's been this way since PGPM's revival.
