On the contrary, they do care. All the shareholders of frauds say the exact same thing right up until the minute their stock is suspended. The SEC cares very much for microcap fraud. I suggest you review the SEC suspension list. Lots of stock just like CFGX on there.

SEC investigations take time. And the Company is never contacted until after the suspension.
