Maybe the company is diluting, hiding there dilution. I have seen it done before. Have a little run-up, people get excited and buy then they sell into the run-up.
Could be ITC based on the WH visitor log. has bi partisan support and would generate jobs etc. Q1 numbers showed they haven't closed any business from existing customers (apart from Walmart Home Depot Krogers and now Amazon) for 2017 installation I bet ITC is main reason.
Keep looking at the list of customers and the 1 or 2 installs fro so many - should all be rolling out now as the business case is proven by so many
