I thought he was blaming Angelia and Gerry. He says they need management with the right skills, etc. Hard to argue with that?

I think he blames the dentist for stealing code, etc, making false claims about what they have, etc, but I don't think he is blaming the dentist for Tmmi's failure to deliver anything. Might be wrong.
