Is there any affiliation with Texas Instruments or joint real estate ventures with them? Is the CEO A REAL PERSON, OR is it the bus boy from the local Denny's they got to sign a 1099 and act as a "beverage manager"? We'll I know he owns basically 100% of the voting/controlling shares, 60% in his own name, 20% in PILGRIM PLC, 10% in 2 other companies hes involved with. But your saying 1.2 billion of the commons also??
