The Question is Equity going to be New South Wales or Downer +Co (2 others) - at the Refi.
if Downer > ReFi likely happens by the Informal Target JUNE 30 mentioned in FEB.
If NSW wants to keep its warrants/options ... may ReFi in 2018.
The last article i posted a few days ago... was more informative... seemed to suggest JUNE 30th date is a bit pushed back and that in 3mths time Sept (CALLABLE date for the 2019s, 2018s already CALLABLE) - REFI discussions will be closer to done
