what you are witnessing is MM trading between themselves. Notes holders are not selling at this level...period..
They sold above 0.0034-0.0042 range..Not at these prices..volume is weak and buy always outumbers sell everyday
also see the way MM bring it down is with 100K trades, that is pure manipulation, we all know it.. to whack the bid with small trades and see if anyone sells. This is going on here for past 4 weeks now..fundamentals have got better
If there was any dilution OS would have gone up huge in past few weeks
So there is nothing left to flip at these price 0.0023 and sell at 0.0022 to make money
