Yes and do not forget the recent developments here .... the merging between Kitov holding and Kitov Pharma and the proposals for more shares (at $1,70) as awards in case of some milestones (i.e. sale of the company). Would you ask for more shares (38mm more ordinary shares) if you didn't see value in the near future?
This is a startup and nano cap company, they are not becoming wealthy with this salaries, they will if they will own shares or they will sell the company.
I will vote FOR all the proposals in order to align Management to shareholders.
