My friend, it is not a matter of getting the card finished....it is a matter of getting a bank to take it up. This is where the problem arises. How many times have shareholders been given misleading information?. Dont think that banks (who were supposedly knocking the door down)will not take history into their prognostications.It borders on the absurd. It seems to me that the CEO is unable to be brought to account.
Hang on a minute. I am sure we have definitely been told the card was finished. Just awaiting approval to run on the net systems. Are you saying there is no finished card?
