You do understand the same could be said about debt ?


All illegal ( in the final analysis ) and all will resolved in
the courts, to the debt issuer's advantage. . By which
I mean restructuring, to OBSCURE the real ownership
of debt, will not survive a legal challenge .

Y'see, it the assets WERE MOVED ELSEWHERE, and
the debt was left behind with no assets, then the lender
could legitimately and easily argue ( and prove ) that
the assets were assumed to be part of the deal, as a
way to provide income to service the debt.


Imagine if you got a $500K mortgage based on your
salary, and created a trust to hold the property, and
THEN QUIT YOUR JOB . . . . .


You could argue that the property is in trust, immune
to grabbing by the lender -- and the lender would argue
THAT THE LOAN WAS GRANTED BECAUSE OF YOUR
INCOME.


( Your ability to produce income, is, in itself, an asset )


Tilton is playing games to obscure and obstruct.


Almost none of them are legitimate and NONE WILL
SURVIVE A LEGAL CHALLENGE ! ! !
