Maybe to manufacture the body parts, but the lithium ion battery is probably the most expensive part of the build. I have no knowledge of battery cost so my base line was from punching in lithium battery cost. It came back ranging for $7.50-$20.00. If I add this to your estimates it would cost them $17.50-$35.00. Obviously the lower this net cost is the better the profit margin will be.

China plant's effect on profit

If you're going to incorporate how China's manufacturing plant will reduce costs of making each grinder, then you need to incorporate the overhead costs (especially mortgage, insurance, wages, other) to run that plant. In the beginning, it might seem as if company is losing money per grinder, but we'll find out. Don't know how you got the $15 cost to build.
