$KALO. I've been curious about the almost 2 week delay of the r/s. But "if" what you posted is true, my guess would be $KALO "may" need to be SEC financial current first as $KALO stated they would be by 10/7/17 in recent filings. I suspect a BO/Merger can happen anytime, and from a previous global company executive standpoint, I'm betting that's what will happen. Super clean balance sheet is ripe for a Merger IMO. Time will tell.
