No they don't. They say the license in dispute will be called the PVS/SGI VDK 2 for ease of reference. There weren't several VDK 2 licenses mentioned in the filings. Just one.

Smitty, you are wrong. TMMI bought and paid for i386 VDK2 in the early 1990's. It ran in DOS in full screen mode. Once again, the 2000 deal with Iterated/DFI was the final payment for millions of dollars worth of work done earlier. TMMI bought 2 IBM PVS super computers at a cost of $2,000,000 each just to develop VDK2 IBM PVS on. The "Dentist" was meddling in business he had no clue about. Now he's learning the hard way it not so easy to get away with theft of a public company's assets.

Smitty, about "all the VDK 2 versions" -- when LP took collateral for his salary at DFMI, did he take "all the VDK 2 versions" as collateral, or did he take the license that was described in Dimension's defense and counterclaim?
