Yes it certainly is not a fact that ERHC can even consumate a deal with Starcrest and even if they do, it is very possible that existing shareholders will be diluted into oblivion again, for the third time. Starcrest could end up owning the vast majority of the company. And ERHC shareholder could be left with nothing but a crying towel again. That has been the pattern here.
