I do reinvest my dividends but I do so by myself not automatically.

can someone please explain that form 4 filed yesterday guy sells 2900 and then buys them back at a higher share price??? I'm confused. Also ORC can't seem to break out of this 10.05-10.14 range for awhile now which im ok with I keep adding monthly on this one for my retirement and think it will one day see 14-15 dollars again.
