When all is failing look to the BOD
The BOD of this company has been an ongoing joke to those in the know. Directors come and they go and they rarely do anything of note or confer anything of benefit to the shareholders, and despite great fluff and fanfare, they tend to be persons of relatively pedestrian talent, often in the twilight of their careers. Most are likely eager to leave, once they figure out that the company is of little substance and that their names are essentially being used to create innuendo as opposed to their talents being somehow utilized to create value.
When all else fails, a good pumper likes to call attention to certain Board members and/or their qualifications. He wouldn't have joined, but for all the promise shown by EDIG....He joined because he's going to be able to take EDIG to the promised land. My favorites were Jecman and Matthews, who were going to cement "the Intel connection!" Of course there was also Rinard, who was being brought in to "count the money", and a host of characters who were going to oversee manufacturing and distribution of the "we make products" business model.
Stay tuned for a big surprise??? You've got to be kidding. I don't think there are going to be any surprises, big or little. Affairs are winding down and the company is no longer a viable entity or concern as I see things.
