always remember toxic debt out weighs revenue and this company's debt is higher than its revenue. Perhaps in the 2018 there may be some debt reduction but at this point the company is not concerned about PPS price action and all moves up are primarily for conversions.
extremely poor balance sheet and it will take years to clean it up and debt conversion is in full swing here!!
