Interesting point, what kind of lawyer uses the word whopper in a pleading? not a very good one. It is even more interesting that the "whopper" has been used on this board prior to the posting of that motion. Surely, TTCM and its lawyers (BH trucking is one and the same for all intents and purposes) use this board like as$ clowns...ha. I hope they are working pro bono.
