I think you should find another lead plaintiff. It seems you want to press your fraud case and not breach of fiduciary duty. You mention Junko, the suit should be against Stan, Gill, and Lieberman (estate). They are/were POW! officers and have the fiduciary duty.
Combined with the letter you planned to send asserting Stan Lee Media rights, I no longer feel comfortable being the lead plaintiff. I don't know what will come out next.
Should you find another lead plaintiff and this turns out to be a legitimate case (that does not include Stan Lee Media rights) I will join it and provide any help I can.
For now, I am out.
