Great request but these people with false claims won't ever go as far as to have anything legally challenged, innuendo and some "I told you so" based on any dip controlled by the market is the only place that they can support their hype. Glta

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that in a certain suit pending in the 200th Judicial District Court, TRAVIS
COUNTY, Texas, Cause Number D-I-GV-09-000472 wherein THE STATE OF TEXAS, is Plaintiff, and
AMERICAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION and RAFAEL A. PINEDO, are Defendants, the said Plaintiff, THE
STATE OF TEXAS, recovered judgment on APRIL 1, 2010, against said Defendant, AMERICAN PETROLEUM
CORPORATION, whose address appears as: c/o Allen P. Boyarsky, its registered agent, at 4400 Westgrove Drive,
#106, Addison, Dallas County, Texas 75001; and RAFAEL A. PINEDO, whose address appears as: 4400 Westgrove
Drive, #106, Addison, Dallas County, Texas
75001; for the sum of SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS AND NO/100 in administrative and civil penalties; EIGHTY-SEVEN
