There are a lot of links there. I did read through the SEC's posting regarding China Food and James back in 2000. So one would think - would someone be so stupid as to violate SEC regulations a second time around?

Maybe this company really is legit.

However, I'm having trouble understanding the relevancy of the other links. But I'm still new with researching the history of this company.
