More like closer to 2 billion in share dilution in roughly 5 weeks.. close to 1 million dollars in accumulation over that time period.
The CEO maybe naive and clueless, but I do not expect that much of the accumulation to be as well. Math suggests the final tranche of settlement shares have been deployed. The AS was inexplicably raised well before necessary.
I am betting we hear about the acquisition and spinoff/divy this upcoming week. With diluter done, no reason to hold back now. Target .003 that would be about a 7 million valuation. Very plausible if the spinoff dividends prove valuable and the new acquisition looks competent.
More frustration will create more problems. Mr. CEO it is time to play your cards..
