I wish we had a proxy vote on continuing with Mr. Mir. This lack of action and basic governance and filings is ridiculous.



You need to focus on something. And it is obvious you are not focusing on CTTC.

Acknowledge your failings and move on. Give someone else the opportunity to make something of a technology that works.

Personally, I would not give you any capital to manage--so that answers why CTTC does not have the capital to even file on time.

Even Napolean recognized his defeats and went into exile.
