Thanks Beta. I talked to Ameritrade before I tried to transfer and they said there were no trading restrictions on it. Contacted Syncora again and received this reply: Thank you for your email. We appreciate your interest in Syncora and are working to resolve this issue. We have submitted paperwork with OTC to address it. We are unable to predict when all the paperwork will be reviewed and accepted by OTC, but we will continue to work to remove this restriction.
