Fair statement and valid points. My position in this company is not just a token few shares but if it ends up zero I will not be hurt in the big picture.I have my hopes but I certainly also have my doubts. I know that management projected revenues by the end of September so until then I sit tight.
1) Holding shares isn't "providing funding" for mgmt. 2) Those providing funding are almost all new accredited investors with experience and resources. No need to feel sorry for them. 3) Some dilution is part of the game and expected. The stock is not "being destroyed". 4) In order to credibly critique the tech, one would need to study up a bit and be specific. 5) Before purchasing my shares, I made sure I knew something about the history and the technology. If I had inheriting them it would have been different.
