I'm looking for multi.

Land acquisition close. It was announced in the presentation.

Hanks is so far in it now it can only be genuine.

After land acquisition, the permits get submitted in <60 days (maybe 50 by now?). 45 days to approval.

I've worked for a company that scaled up like this. It takes time, but once it moves you can't stop it.
