I don't know if anyone here made false statements or not but i do know that bashing some of these companies is not against any laws or rules. I have seen pink's threaten legal action about negative comments or speculation but proving it would be an uphill battle for them and very costly especially if they lost. Fake news and claims are spread more by the companies than single investors so if a company chooses to go after an investor they had better have a squeaky clean record of living up to 100% of the hype they have published.
