Duh. We're all waiting for the CE to come down. Impatient people are selling. You didn't need a crystal ball to see this coming.

Let people sell, buy, bash, pump, whatever - all that matters for a true investor is the CE coming off and the subsequent PRs. Everything in between is just noise.
