North, I did not find any specification documents or arguments that support the breast cancer reduction claim, in either the most recent filing or the parent patent application.

They initially added the breast cancer reduction claim in the parent patent application on December 19, 2015. However, to the best of my knowledge, nothing supporting or describing the claim was added in the specifications or any of the arguments.

If I understand you correctly, simply adding a claim without supporting documentation, as appears to be the case in both the parent and the most recent application does not give it priority.

I guess the key will lie in who, when and where the supportive data to the breast cancer reduction claims appear.

FYI, the Abbvie question was speculative on Abbvie being assigned partially or wholly the patent application filed by ANI.
