I recently checked the holdings for the Guggenheim shipping ETF "SEA," and did not find it listed, because to my knowledge it's completely comprised of shippers.

SINO market cap is $28 million. A fund would have to be really small in order for an investment in SINO to make sense. There may be logistics related ETF's but they would be tracking a basket of companies a minimum of 10x the size of SINO.
