Like I said still not sure what part AMMX really has with OshKosh but I doubt it is major. If OshKosh can get contracts like this (see below) in Africa already why do they need a low low low level middle man? Cameroon borders Nigeria and Somalia is on the opposite coast and if you do business in those poor corrupt countries you can do it anywhere:
