I don't necessarily disagree with you about the company, in general, but I disagree that you can't sell the stock. There are plenty of MMs making a market for the issue and any broker, even GS, will sell it for you, regardless of their opinion of the company.

I have a large position which I inherited and no firm on Wall Street will make any market in this stock. Goldman Sachs trading desk considers this company worthless

We'll see. 10Q just confirms what we already know. It might be uncomfortable for an investor if a company's future depends on people they don't know and tech they're not familiar with.
