All these stocks under a penny will have to do reverse spilt in order to go to over a penny or 2 a share and get properly filed...this one could take a couple more years until it has anything to put into the company or get bought out with 70 million shares..10 for 1 reverse split would bring float down to very little and after that the write offs would be essential for bookkeeping. Taxes etc.etc.
