He specifically said "this quarter" twice when referring to Generic ART Oxycodone being filed. He said it once at the beginning of the call and once at the end. "This quarter" ends in 2 weeks.

He specifically said the first Sungen product will be filed "next quarter". "Next quarter" is July 1 - September 30.

If he misspoke even though his ENTIRE speech was WRITTEN OUT ON PAPER AND/OR PRINTED before the CC he deserves to be fired IMMEDIATELY for lying to shareholders. You can hear him turning the pages during EVERY CC.

YOU CAN'T BE THIS DUMB AND BE THE CEO OF ANY COMPANY. Time will tell in 2 weeks.

I was assuming he meant the quarter starting in July ending in September & Sungen filing subsequent quarter.
