I think you are wrong with the 'need for massive amount of money to move this', ACGX once this level is passed, we will move up with very little volume, seen this many many times. I dont think too many shares will be traded in the .004-.007. on its way to +.01 and on....expecting ACGX to have another great +100% on big volume, then continue upwards on low volume. THE A/S and float are low compared to other companies with far less rev and in major debt. look at $CBIS MOCA BMXC ( for example there are thousands of big float pinks in the high pennies.) . and many more companies I have made lots of money on that have much bigger floats with far less rev. and profits.
