Wish they would just sell instead of partnership at this point.The 7 month NDA delay and stupid ISA investigation is somewhat disheartening.

Interesting company and here are few details

1. Market cap $14.77 million - cash on hand - $15 million as of 31st Dec 2016
- no Debt - so valued at zero net of cash on hand

2. FDA gave waiver of $2 million NDA filing fee - big saving

3. One drug with successful P3 trial ready for NDA filing anytime

4. Mfg and CMC details sorted out with Israeli largest pharma mfr

5. Jun presentation by company still says NDA filing by Q2-2017 - which is 15 days away

6. Partnership discussions going on

the local investigation (which can be a deal breaker) is big hurdle

If NDA is filed and investigation ends - this could give 50-100% returns minimum in less than 6 months

Downside risk - 100% as price can go to zero
