It's been said that the company had a $6 or $7 million dollar debt and they are now debt free. So we know that at the minimum the settlement was for that much. I said many times last year, I don't care if they settle for $1 just get it over with. They had contracts with the government and the military was testing out their product. The last thing I wanted was this thing in court for the next few years. I was assuming that OVC wanted LEEP because they expected the military to replace their tents with LEEP. I want to see military contracts. Hopefully we can see one before the end of the year. That will be worth more than any settlement. If that happens then you have other countries that may want Leep for their militaries.
