Part B was filed on May 15th for BITCF. So count from that day

It was actually 5/15 and they probably needed the most recent Q1 to proceed. Making it 15 days from up to date filing.

But the required quarterly not filed until 21st, that's when you'd count from. 16 or 17 days, I think.
