did I miss the portion of the text that refers to medical devices? As best I can see this entire proposed Executive Order is directed to drugs and more specifically how they are classified so as to prevent price gouging.
How will this affect Calmare especially when they still have a problem proving that they "work well"
The BEST policy right now would be to require companies that are 3-4 months late with SEC filings -- e.g. annual reports -- to come up with something or cease trading immediately.
