The PR was in 05 not 06.

Yes that has been a major discussion, at which I/we believe someone was being overzealous to say the least. I think that they realized real quick (December/January), that was not going to happen.

Excerpts from that BIGN PR of 10.14.05 posted by yahabiby1 in post #1550.

Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN), with its joint venture partner Hydroslotter Corporation, are forecasting a minimum 120 wells to be slotted in 2006.

Our strategy suggests 10 new wells per month in 2006. In 2007 we expect to double that to 20 wells per month.

Bearing in mind that when dealing with the oil and gas sector, delays may occur, prices may fluctuate
."

We are still currently in the dark as of the company's current revised strategy at Grimes, because wells #3 and #4 are not yet accounted for in terms of flow rate, so it's obvious they are far behind the expectations PR'd, and that whatever 'delays' have been encountered are not presently being shared with us as their time and focus appears to be taken up with the East Texas LOI closure attempt.

The 120 well forecast was clearly over the top for the estimation of the Grimes project drillings, thus the projected dollar figures are unrealistic at this point in time.

We certainly need to be apprised of the new projected number of wells that is realistic in achievement.

Good post there from Joe Burmeister with valid points made in respect to the entire 'arch' scenario.

Are you for real? They'll be lucky to release results from 5 wells this year. But when you're a Pinkie, you can say anything you want.
The issue here is that while BIGN has come no where near delivering on the goods that they themselves promised, they have popped and sputtered along (especially with Grimes) just enough to stay interesting and ignite big dreams in investors' eyes. Like so may Pinkies, it's a company that's not short on promise; the question is do you believe it or not?
