It won't be a good long term investment, because once they max out the OS count and expense everything under the moon out and about.

They will come like a wolf in the night on a late friday afternoon with a 10 to 1 reverse split that will

screw every long term common shareholder.

Now--> if Derek gave us 1 good short lived ride before hand > $1 PPS as a thank you.

That would be a different story. Then it would be on us for not selling and buying back in after the RS.
