If I recall from the radio interview..Jan said they have 130 acres ( +30%..Planted..??...= Contract x30%=$1.7 Mil..)...and were already prepping another 200 acres.
I believe their growing season is extensively longer as well...Love Flowers..Huge infrastructure funding and growing before a shovel is moved on construction end... ;-)
