That is completely false...The link you provided shows that it was upgraded from Pink No Information to Pink Limited on 5/16...It was CE long, long before that date.

big updates coming
all documents have been provided and they should go current shortly

Wrong. May 16 was the date that PGPM went from pink no information to pink limited. Check the CE status changes for that date and you will not see PGPM listed as having a CE added.
