Isn't it apparent that the company is not talking? They don't need to file any form on this, they can do whatever to constitute a "quiet period." and not responding to calls or doing PR's to me is as such.

When did you talk to Paul regarding this issue? (If you don't mind my asking.)

Recently? Less soon? Was it a PR?

This is a pink sheet company.. I'm investing in this company based on, no rules, just right.

this is the quiet period I was refering to, it is self imposed and the reason we are not seeing many more PR's out of PBLS, i'm quite sure they have updates out the wasool on their business operations, they will let us know when the time is right, preparing financials for one company for reporting is huge, try doing it for 17, it just isn't going to happen overnight, patience friend, patience
