.......What's there to argue about. Seems to me the only thing left is the "Cram Down". Everything else is gone. Take it or leave it. All is settled. So where's this "water fall" everyone is yammering about?? Where? Its dry in my Waiting for the Waterfalls Front pocket as heck.... and not a dime to buy a Soda Pop.
