I am sure that Express Scripts is " chomping at the bit." Last year, ESI was able to obtain Glatopa 20 mg for less than $15,000 annually. Unfortunately, in my opinion, they were less than enthusiastic in trying to incentivize people back to the daily 20 mg dosing, rather than the thrice weekly 40 mg dosing.
